Redesigning a platform on fire
Research exposed a more urgent problem than our brief. I reframed the strategy, aligned three teams around a shared vision, and de-risked the first MVP.

When there’s an unclear problem, disagreement, and no path forward, I collaborate with the triad and surface the real problem underneath to the right people at the right time. The artifacts we create—frameworks, system models, and research findings—inform what teams are building on months later, creating clarity through ongoing complexity.
